Hi, I’m Angelica.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Trauma-Informed Therapist, Yoga Facilitator, and Restorative Justice Consultant in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
We all deserve opportunities to heal and feel accepted in our full humanity—just as we are. In my practice, I strive to create spaces where that healing and acceptance can begin to grow and flourish. I offer these opportunities through individual, couple/relationship, and group therapy sessions that honor your unique experiences and needs from a holistic, relational lens. My work is grounded in compassion, embodied presence, and a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s story. Alongside traditional talk therapy, I integrate Trauma Sensitive Yoga and Restorative Practices such as Circle, which invite connection, self-awareness, and collective care into the therapeutic process. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, trauma, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to support your journey toward growth, healing, and wholeness.

Currently supporting individuals and couples in Massachusetts and Rhode Island through trauma-informed therapy, restorative practices, and embodied approaches that foster connection, healing, and personal resilience.
My work
I am deeply committed to creating an environment where individuals of all walks of life can feel safe to express themselves. I am personally and professionally concerned about the current administration’s policies, particularly those that impact the rights of marginalized communities, mental health funding, immigration and equitable access to resources. These policies disproportionately affect vulnerable populations, which is exacerbating existing challenges and causing both direct and indirect harm. I acknowledge that these conditions can shape our physical and mental wellbeing and health. It is my ethical obligation as a social worker to advocate for policies that prioritize the well-being of all individuals, particularly those who have been historically marginalized. I am committed to working with clients, community members and institutions to navigate the challenges presented by the current climate and to offer my professional expertise in support of positive change. I believe another way forward is possible and strive to engage with advocacy for change that is inclusive, expansive and characterized by imagination of a world that feels worth living in for all.
